We can ship to anywhere in the UK with Free next day delivery, or Europe with standard shipping, please enquire before ordering for other destinations (we do not ship to Africa).

We use HSBC for our payment system, and therefore can accept most cards. Your account will be debited straight away and a receipt will be sent to your email address confirming the order.

Making an order

Making a purchase could to be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on on the items that you wish to buy. These will be entered into your 'Shopping basket' which can be viewed at any time. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details to satisfy the order. We accept most major credit and debit cards via a secure SagePay payment system.

Shipping and handling

Free next day delivery for all orders in the UK above £50. Orders must be received before 1pm. Delivery to Europe is £20 and the rest of the world is charged at £30. Orders below £50 are charged at £6.

Please note if you return the item or items the refund will be less our delivery charge. This can change dependent on the weight of goods.

Orders placed on Saturday will not be sent until the following Monday.

If you require your order delivered on a Saturday there will be a £8 charge.

In the case of orders being placed on a Bank holiday, the goods will be shipped the next working day.

Please also note that when making payments with your debit / credit that we can only ship items to your cards registered billing address. For payments made using PayPal, please note that we can only ship items to 'confirmed' PayPal accounts.

Tax Charges

VAT at 20% is included in all prices in the UK and Europe.

We use a dedicated secure 128 bit SSL link to communicate with our payment gateway SagePay. We do not store or have access to your card details. Our system stores your address details for shipping and billing purposes only.
